点评: 烤鸡块 + 番茄奶油酱, 内含洋葱和青椒. 香料味浓但辣度可调. 比下面的butter chicken相比更有印度风格, 相比之下更偏咸味. 有点类似于小时候吃的小浣熊干脆面调料味, 孜然很重. 吃的主要就是这个调料, 甚至第一次感觉有点上头.

也可以换成羊肉版本的, 记得点 lamb, 不要goat. goat 一般是带骨的, lamb一般没有.

butter chicken masala

通常简称为 butter chicken. 鸡肉是通常的做法, 但不一定要放鸡肉, 餐厅一般也提供羊肉和素食的选项.

点评: 印度名菜. 奶油 + 番茄酱汁, 微甜. 口味丰富, 却能做到基本不辣, 雅俗共赏. 适合所有第一次吃印度菜的人. 之前欢送同事离开的时候就去的这家, 大部分白人同事都是点这个.

点餐可以说: “Butter chicken, mild please.”

Parotta

印度版螺丝饼. 可以单点, 也可以搭配curry 做combo. 鸡肉和羊肉选哪个不重要, 重要的是最好无骨, 要强调不辣. 有骨头吃的太麻烦.

炖肉配烙饼. 很符合中国人口味的饮食.

点评: 好像很多国家都有煎饼果子, 中国有, 法国有, 印度也有. 米做的脆皮煎饼, 里面夹土豆. 煎饼还挺好吃的, 但不是很喜欢这个土豆. 土豆是辣的.

鸡胸肉串. 优点是口感嫩, 无骨, 不辣. 缺点是没什么亮点. 难怪是巴基斯坦食物, 更多伊斯兰风格.

点评: 挂炉烤鸡. Tandoori 是指那个烤的技法, 不是一种味道. 印度很多肉类菜品都是腌制之后呈现红红的颜色. 还可以. 下次有机会尝试一下无骨的版本.

点评: 上面 Tandoori chicken 的无骨版本. 腌料都是一样的. 口感其实不如 Tandoori chicken, 因为部位不同. Tandoori chicken 给的是鸡翅, 而且带骨鸡肉更多汁. 不过这个更省事. 不是特别喜欢这个酱料, 不辣, 但也不怎么出菜.

点评: 羊肉馅做的烤串. 类似美国中东餐厅里的Gyro. 其实挺好吃的, 也很juicy. 但这里面的green chill太辣了. 不是很接受这个辣度, 不过我还是吃完了. 好吃,但不能总吃.

点评: 南印度早餐系列. 印度版焦圈. 咸中带辣, 里面会带chili. 不难吃, 但是油炸 + 辣椒, 不是我喜欢的口味. 图片跟上面的Idli 是一张图, 因为是个combo.

点评: 有点像土耳其咖啡. 比较淡, 更像是茶, 有很多奶. 我还是喜欢浓的黑咖啡.

喜欢吃. 缺点是太甜. 不知道是本来就这么甜还是因为是美国版才这么甜.
